As despatch rider for Hansard the Parliamentary publishers a very kind grant from the Civil Service ennabled Mark to take the Fencing Master's Diploma in Budapest at the Hungarian National Sport University, for which he would like to express gratitude.
Mark would also like to thank Ziemek, his coach, for unstinting support and patience as well as the Hungarian National Institute of Sport for provision of services to U.K fencing as a whole.
